It wasn't intentional at all if thats the way it came off. Some members stick out in my mind for one thing or another... You stick out for the excellent work you have been currently doing with Seans old pile of shit.:As far as Ash, I really don't think I have been vouching for him much in my posts. Maybe you didn't see all of my post lately :) No, My wife took my laptop away from me. So I dont get as much keyboard time as I'd like. And since TTnet is blocked at work (where I spend 10-12 hours a day + 2.5 hours of commute), it's hard to come around here lately. :Thanks again Nic, and no problem on all. I'd really like to wrap my head around this VTC issue. I understand the concepts discussed (I think), and the stock function makes perfect sense. But Ashs reply made things worse for me, and much less clear then I'd hoped. I've spoken with Brett in the past about a competing product that I was considering (and did to some extent) work on, just to get his blessing to move forward or not, and we talked briefly about his gears. We've also shared a few emails as well. It was all very intriguing, but also didn't understand the mechanism behind the problem. If I may, I also have to be very honost... I think of Ash as a "Trial-by-error Engineer". I think of Brett as an "Engineer" Neither is a necessarily a bad thing. Some Engineers have never even seen a toolbox. So they dont have the hands on experience that might suite them better. Other engineers can fab them selves out of a hole, and by sheer luck, and no math or science, come out with a winning concept. What I think about these two people is irrelevent. If I cant decipher what the issue really is, how can I make an informed decision on the best route to take, if any? It's been a *very* interesting read, and makes me think, so that's hott. Hottman! I guess I'll just reread both while taking an hour or two sabatical in the restroom at work. How many courtesy flushes are too many?
